Main Duties of the Virtual Helpdesk

• Assisting with the details of finding and applying for funding
• Minimal help with computer based issues
• Working languages of helpdesk are English and French

 Assistance the Helpdesk cannot provide:

• Writing proposals
• Informing researchers about specific funding calls
• Cannot contact federal entitites directly for the researcher(s)
